At The Nanny Station LLC, all fees paid for consultations, placement services, deposits, and add-on services are 100% non-refundable.
Because our work begins immediately upon inquiry, screening, and matching, we cannot reverse or return the time, labor, and resources invested on your behalf.
By engaging our services, you agree to the following Refund Policy:
1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
Payments made to The Nanny Station LLC — including but not limited to:

Consultation fees

Placement fees
-
Deposits or partial payments
-
Add-on services (work agreements, payroll support, MVR checks, etc.)

Additional rematch fees
-
Any service invoiced through HoneyBook
are non-refundable, regardless of:

Changes in family needs or schedule
-
Decisions not to move forward with hiring
-
Personal preference changes
-
Conflicts with a nanny or caregiver
-
Trial period outcomes
-
Failure to comply with agency policies

Early termination of a nanny by the family
Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued.
2. Trial Periods Do Not Guarantee a Refund
Trial periods are designed to support compatibility, not to serve as a refund window.

Trial periods confirm whether the match is workable.

If the match is not successful, a rematch is provided according to your package, not a refund.

The trial period does not restart if a rematch occurs.
Your payment covers the search, vetting, matching, and administrative labor — all of which are delivered regardless of the final outcome.
3. Rematches Instead of Refunds
If a nanny does not work out:

You may receive one rematch based on your placement package.

Additional rematches are available for an additional fee.
A rematch is the only form of remedy available; refunds are not provided.
4. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute under any circumstances.
Attempting to reverse payment after receiving agency services is considered fraudulent activity and will be disputed, with all documentation provided to the payment processor and legal authorities if necessary.
5. Cancellations
If you cancel services at any time — whether before or during the search, interview process, or trial period — payments will not be refunded.
This includes situations where the family:

Finds care independently

Decides not to move forward

Experiences schedule or financial changes

Chooses not to hire a nanny

Stops responding or disengages from the process
The agency’s work has already been performed and resources allocated, therefore no refund is permitted.
6. Payment Confirms Agreement
Submitting payment through HoneyBook or any platform confirms that you:

Have read this Refund Policy

Fully understand it
-
Agree to it without exception
No service will begin until payment is received.
